Well a girl can not live on curtains and blinds alone!

With in days of obtaining the curtain and blind inventory opportunity came knocking again so I answered the door.

Once again Sears was liquidating a variety of items. They were auctioning off an entire semi truck full of lawn mowers, fitness equipment, household goods, vacuums, BBQ’s, outdoor furniture and so on. As I looked through the manifest I could really see a fit into MyHome’s inventory.

One reason I named the company MyHome is because our homes are full of different rooms and we use each of these rooms differently. For example, some people have one room that is a dedicated home gym, many people really enjoy their back yards or sunrooms and some people may have a full entertainment area or office set up. To make a house a home you need to add personalized items that when combined create your personal style but we can not stop there because we need to add items that contribute functionality to our lives. With all this in mind the truckload opportunity seemed to be one we needed to act on and we did!

Next came Bamboo sheets. This one is not Sears; however, it was the same auction site that I had bought the truckload from. I did a bit of research and discovered that Bamboo sheets provide an astounding abundance of benefits over even the best-quality traditional sheets. I believe you will find yourself getting a restful night of sleep on these comfortable bed sheets so I needed to bring them to you.

Well that is the current inventory and how MyHome started.

In future posts, I will be talking about the specific products, home decorating and design, colour palettes, how to put décor items together, sharing personal stores about contesting and MyHome’s patrons and so on.

I look forward to hearing your comments and engaging with you.
